◆設(shè)備壓輥采用懸臂結(jié)構(gòu)水平布置，整體結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)明，方便拆卸清洗，壓輥處設(shè)置視窗方便觀察壓片情況，視窗設(shè)置刮板防止粉塵遮擋視窗，影響視線(xiàn)。
◆采用液晶觸摸屏及多種自動(dòng)控制技術(shù)，使產(chǎn)品自動(dòng)化程度更高，有效防止粉塵和交叉污染。
◆本機(jī)整體為優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼結(jié)構(gòu)，接觸物料部分為316材質(zhì)。*符合GMP要求。
◆垂直送料體設(shè)置真空脫氣裝置，將物料中的空氣釋放排出，使物料進(jìn)一步密實(shí)，使壓輥咬料更均勻，真空大小可調(diào)。
